Scantech's HC3 Confocal C-Frame Scanner is designed for precise measurement applications in battery production lines. This advanced system offers a versatile measurement range with models spanning from 500mm to 1400mm, adapting in 200mm increments, and is equipped to handle widths within the same scope. The scanner's confocal technology ensures high accuracy with measurements ranging up to 500 micrometers and a linearity over the range of +/- 1.5 micrometers, maintaining repeatability below 1 micrometer. It employs an auto-calibrating X-ray sensor for basis weight assessment, providing measurement accuracy within 1% without calibration. The HC3 model operates within temperatures from 5°C to 70°C and is characterized by a spatial resolution of 0.5mm with a rapid response time of less than 20 milliseconds.
