ModuPower is the high frequency, high voltage power supply used to energize electrostatic precipitators (ESP), dust filters, and ModuPlasma odour abatement system. Its modular design allows for multiple configurations for various applications. SEID AS ModuPower MPX – Industrial High Voltage Switch Mode Power Supply consisting of IGBT driver and high voltage transformer components. The modular design provides an inherent fault tolerance that is not achievable with other designs.

Seid - High Voltage Pulse signal System

Our high-frequency switch-mode power supply (SMPS) is designed to energize electrostatic precipitators (ESP), ModuPlasma®, and similar applications. The ModuPower generates a pulse high voltage signal, which charges the electrical field inside ESP/ModuPlasma™ reaction chamber. SEID AS power supplies are composed of multiple, independently operating modules with their outputs connected in parallel. Modularity greatly improves the reliability of the entire power supply and reduces downtime in case of failure. Each module is 30 kW and operating independently.

MULTICOR - Coal Dust Feeding System

Pulverised coal feeding requires economic efficiency, quality and maximum reliability. The parameters are based on the interplay of overall system engineering, material discharge, feeding and pneumatic material transport. Optimal pulverised coal feeding in three steps Perfectly matched system components are a basic requirement for optimal three-step pulverised coal feeding. This is realised in a pressure-proof mass-flow feed system using the Coriolis principle with a horizontal star feeder.

Schenck Stock - Batch Scales - Stoker Boiler Fuel Measurement

Stock Batch Scales are designed for measuring coal usage into stoker boilers. They are primarily used to feed multiple stokers through transition chutework such as the Stock Conical  Distributor. Batch scales are typically mounted underneath each bunker outlet for gravity feed on to an internal feed belt that conveys coal from the inlet to a weigh hopper. The weigh hopper is suspended by dual load cells.
