SEL - MV Switchgear for Secondary Distribution Networks

The TPS is a medium voltage switchgear range designed for secondary distribution networks, offering reliable switching operations from 7.2kV to 24kV. Its robust metal structure, composed of galvanized steel sheets assembled with rivets and bolts, ensures it can withstand the electrodynamic stresses encountered during operation. The switch and earthing switch are securely affixed to the structure, while an epoxy resin switch envelope facilitates effective insulation between the structure and live components. Front-mounted components include an operating mechanism, mechanical position indicator, and voltage indicator, providing essential operational feedback. An inspection window above the operating mechanism allows visibility of the main contacts, and a front door offers access to compartments for cables, fuses, and measurements. The addition of a low voltage auxiliary compartment can be situated in the upper section for expanded functionality.

SEL - GIS Secondary Distribution Unit

The TPR6 36 is a versatile GIS secondary distribution unit designed specifically for switching operations within a 36kV distribution network. Ideal for ensuring service continuity during network faults, this modular system features a fully sealed stainless steel tank enclosing all live components, offering high reliability and safety. The unit's robust construction withstands electrodynamic stresses, while the front panel houses essential operating mechanisms, such as spring-operated switches, movable mimic for switch position indication, and voltage signaling lamps. The design allows easy access to the fuses and cable compartment, secured by an interlocked earth switch, enhancing operational safety. Additionally, a low voltage auxiliary compartment may be integrated above the main unit, providing further flexibility in various installation scenarios. The TPR6 36's compact dimensions and suitability for both indoor and outdoor use make it an efficient choice for modern electrical distribution systems.

SEL - GIS Secondary Distribution System

The TPR6 HP is a sophisticated Gas Insulated Switchgear (GIS) designed for secondary distribution networks operating up to 40.5kV. It is engineered for use in environments requiring highly reliable switching operations, both indoors and outdoors. The system is encased in a completely sealed stainless steel tank, enhancing its durability and safety by protecting all live components from environmental effects. Capable of handling up to 25kA for 3 seconds, the TPR6 HP ensures service continuity, especially in fault scenarios, by offering comprehensive switching solutions. Its electrodynamic design withstands operational stresses efficiently. The front panel is equipped with spring-operated switches, movable mimic displays, and voltage signaling lamps for enhanced operability. Additionally, the front door provides convenient access to the fuses and cable compartment, ensuring robust performance in any secondary distribution setting.

SEL - GIS Primary Distribution Switchgear

The TPR6 HP PLUS is an evolved GIS primary distribution switchgear known for its high performance levels, developed from extensive experience with the TPR6 series in secondary distribution systems. It offers impressive current handling capabilities with a short-time withstand current of up to 31.5kA and a rated current up to 2000A, making it ideal for high-performance power plants. This medium-voltage switchgear is factory-assembled, maintenance-free, and type-tested, featuring a three-pole metal-enclosed, SF6-insulated design. It incorporates vacuum circuit-breaker, switch-disconnector, and disconnector modules enclosed in hermetically welded containers made from corrosion-resistant stainless steel. Solid-insulated busbars connect the switchgear modules, requiring no gas-related work for installation or extension. Positioned for user-friendly access, current and voltage transformers, along with cables, are mounted externally, thereby facilitating ease of maintenance and expansion.
