SEVEN - Class A Thermopile Pyranometer

The SEVEN thermopile pyranometer 3S-TP-MB-A is designed to meet the ISO 9060:2018 (fast-response, spectrally flat, Class A) and IEC 61724-1:2021 Class A standards. Equipped with cutting-edge thermopile detector and diffuser technology, this high-precision device features low zero-offset behavior and exceptional stability, ensuring highly accurate solar radiation measurements. This advanced technology makes it an ideal solution for meeting the highest standards in solar energy system performance monitoring. The SEVEN pyranometer also includes a humidity sensor and two temperature sensors, enabling multi-parameter environmental monitoring. These additional features allow for precise adjustments and accurate readings under varying conditions. The measured irradiance, humidity, and temperature data are transmitted to data loggers and other receiving units via a serial RS485 interface with the Modbus RTU protocol. Additionally, SEVEN offers Class B and Class C pyranometers upon request.

SEVEN - Albedometer

The Albedometer is used to measures the irradiance values as well as the albedo ration of bifacial panels. Besides the mentioned measurements, it includes also the Internal cell Temperature Sensor. It is supplied along with Mounting Bracket and Cable. All measured meteorological data are transferred to dataloggers and receiver units via a 2-wire RS485 bus with Modbus RTU protocol. The PV Albedometer provides the needed data to calculate the performance ratio and measure the solar albedo when bifacial panels are used.

SEVEN - Automatic Soiling Sensor

SEVEN Soiling Sensor is designed to measure the loss of energy production due to soiling caused by environmental factors on photovoltaic panels. The Soiling sensor, which is suitable for commercial, utility, industrial and rooftop projects, notifies the user of production losses due to soiling. If soiling ratio read from the sensor is 10%, it means that there is 10% energy loss in the facility. SEVEN Soiling Sensor calculates the soiling rate of the PV system by comparing the irradiance values received from two clean and dirty irradiance sensors. While the dirty irradiance sensor in the system is exposed to soiling in the same way as the panels, the clean irradiance sensor is automatically cleaned every day. Monitoring systems give the user the energy loss by comparing the two irradiance values according to the data received from the cleaned and dirty irradiance sensors.

SEVEN - Manual Soiling Sensor with Modbus Output

SEVEN Soiling Sensor is designed to measure the loss of energy production due to soiling caused by environmental factors on photovoltaic panels. The Soiling Sensor is used to know the production losses due to soiling. If soiling level read from the sensor is 10%, it means that there is 10% energy loss in the facility (PV Soiling = Energy Loss) The measured Soiling Level is transferred to dataloggers and receiver units via a 2-wire RS485 bus with Modbus RTU protocol, and it is SunSpec compliant.

SEVEN - Manual Soiling Sensor with HMI-PLC Monitoring

SEVEN Soiling Sensor is designed to measure the loss of energy production due to pollution caused by environmental factors in photovoltaic modules. The Soiling sensor, which is suitable for commercial, utility, industrial and rooftop projects, notifies the user of production losses due to pollution. If soiling level read from the sensor is 10%, it means that there is 10% energy loss in the facility. SEVEN Soiling Sensor calculates the soiling level of the PV system by comparing the irradiance values received from the two clean and dirty irradiance sensors. While the dirty irradiance sensor in the system is exposed to contamination in the same way as the panels, the clean irradiance sensor is cleaned manually by the user with a wet cloth. The data received from the Manual Soiling Sensor can be monitored by PLC.

SEVEN - Cloud Sensor

SEVEN Cloud Sensor is a specialized device designed to measure cloud coverage for commercial and industrial photovoltaic (PV) systems. By analyzing cloudiness, it helps determine whether solar panels should stay fixed or adjust to the sun’s position, optimizing energy efficiency. The system includes two Irradiance Sensors—one always shaded and one always exposed—along with a shading band and mounting components. The shaded sensor measures Diffuse Irradiance, while the exposed sensor measures Plane of Array Irradiance (POA), following IEC 61724 standards. The Cloudiness Ratio is calculated from the ratio of these two values.Data is transmitted via RS485 using the Modbus RTU protocol to data loggers or monitoring systems.
