The EFOY Hydrogen Fuel Cell 2.5 supplements the comprehensive product range of SFC Energy with energy solutions in the higher power range and provides reliable, powerful and uninterrupted climate-neutral energy. Power output from 2.5 to 50 kW can be individually scaled. The operation and installation are very simple and no emissions are generated. That is why the EFOY Hydrogen Fuel Cell can also be used in environmentally sensitive areas and is very quiet and efficient. The EFOY Hydrogen Fuel Cell is used, for example, to supply power to mobile communications infrastructure, smart traffic applications or to provide emergency power to critical infrastructure.

EFOY fuel cells are the ideal power generators for a wide range of stationary and mobile applications. They generate electricity reliably for weeks and months without user intervention. The EFOY direct methanol fuel cells are available as EFOY and EFOY Pro models with an output of up to 125 W depending on the power requirements and user requirements. Our EFOY and EFOY Pro models are designed for different application purposes. The EFOY models are designed for temporary applications with low operating hours and are used as a back-up power supply for grid-connected or solar-powered hybrid installations. The EFOY Pro series is ideal for continuous operation and can also be used in hybrid operation. You can operate your application completely autonomously with the EFOY Pro, compensate for low solar output and use smaller solar modules.

The EFOY Pro 800 and 2400 are the previous models of the new EFOY Pro fuel cells. EFOY Pro 800/2400 fuel cells are intelligent power generators that can be used to continuously and fully automatically recharge batteries. The fuel cell is connected directly to the battery supplying the consumer and monitoring its charge status. Depending on requirements, the fuel cell switches on automatically, recharges the battery and then returns to standby mode – without any maintenance or user intervention required.

The EFOY Pro 12000 Duo, our 500 W fuel cell, offers 100% reliable, off-grid power as well as emergency power. When required, the fuel cell charges the battery fully automatically, then turns itself off again – without maintenance and without user intervention. Its compact design allows installation in a 19 inch control cabinet. By the output up to 500 W, applications with higher power requirements can easily be operated with the EFOY Pro 12000 Duo. Typical areas of application are back-up power supplies for wind and telecommunications systems, off-grid power supplies for monitoring traffic and environmental sensors as well as on-board use in vehicles.

EFOY Pro fuel cells are direct methanol fuel cells that are operated with the fuel methanol. The methanol is stored in EFOY fuel cartridges that have been designed especially for this purpose. They were especially designed to be used with the EFOY fuel cells, and they can be replaced easily and cleanly within seconds. Depending on your needs, EFOY fuel cartridges are available in 5, 10, 28 and 60 liter sizes. Simply adapt the size of your fuel cartridge to your autonomy requirements.
