Biogas dome is first technological element of biogas network. Domes are mounted at digester/anaerobic reactor roof. Biogas dome is equipped with two cut-off valves used to direct biogas flow to biogas network or to atmosphere through outlet chimney. Biogas dome is also equipped with pressure gauge and connector pipes for biogas measurement. Biogas dome can be additionally equipped with filter bed made of polypropylene rings for emergency foam stop which can be formed during digestion process. Dome is also additionally equipped with top and bottom manhole, connector pipes for pressure measurement as well as process water/liquid sprinklers for filter cleaning. Biogas dome can be also optionally equipped with foam detector. Biogas dome as a whole device is made of stainless steel.

One of the most promising and developing biogas utilization method is biogas upgrading to biomethane. SiGa-Tech has developed and constructed MethaPUR system for biogas upgrading based on membrane separation process. In MethaPUR method, new generation membranes with highest separation parameters are used. Thanks to multi stage process, methane separation with very high efficiency is possible (biomethane stream with CH₄ > 99% by vol., methane loss can be lower than 1% by vol.). SiGa-Tech produces and offers biogas upgrading stations from 50 to 2200 Nm³/h.

Type WCmr heat exchangers are used for heating or/and cooling biogas, air and other process gases. WCmr heat exchangers are multi-stream, one sectional devices with mixing chamber at the gas inflow and outflow of the exchanger.
