Sinister Diesel Intake Elbow & Cold Side Charge Pipe Kit for 2003-2007 Ford Powerstroke 6.0L

The Sinister Diesel Cold Side Charge Pipe and Intake Elbow Kit for the Powerstroke 6.0L connects the intercooler to the intake manifold. This upgraded pipe is larger in diameter and has smooth mandrel bends to increase air flow velocity to improve power and lower EGTs. The Sinister Diesel Cold Side Charge Pipe Kit is also more durable, being made from 6061 Aluminum alloy and connected with Sinister Diesel`s 4-ply silicone boots that are rated up to 400psi. Our Intercooler and Intake Elbow Pipes are masterfully TIG welded and powdercoated Sinister Blue for a beautiful under-hood look.

Our Sinister Diesel Intake horn is designed to increase air flow, using 3.5" mandrel bent aluminum tubing. The precision designed machined billet flange gives your turbo a more consistent and healthy dosage of air. This allows for optimal flow to the turbo which eliminate turbo surging. Our intake horn is made from 6061 Aluminum which is far superior to the factory plastic inlet. That means no cracking from weathering or from hard strain while under vacuum. This inlet cracking is a known problem of the stock part and can cause detrimental issues to your turbo.
