The new Emitter Guard Kit covers the bottom, exposed area of the heater for cosmetic purpose, ideal for commercial patios and restaurants or other areas where appearance may be a concern. When used for outdoor installations, the Cold Blocker’s new Outdoor Kit protects the burner assembly from inclement weather like rain and snow.

Available in 2 models WB35 (up to 35,000 BTU/hr) or WB50 (up to 50,000 BTU/hr). Indoor or Outdoor Rated. Can be exposed to outdoor elements – rain or snow.

Installation photographs demonstrate how adverse wind conditions can affect the performance of infrared heaters. On typical competitive models (above left) the ?ame exits the burner, which can eventually melt the protective grill. The Space-Ray WB Marine Grade Series (above right) features a totally enclosed burner with glass preventing heat rollout during harsh wind conditions. The Marine Grade Wind Blocker with tinted ceramic glass can operate in winds up to 40 MPH without any adverse wind effects.The glass front totally protects the burner and improves burner performance resulting in higher efficiency.
