The UDL-8000 Condition Monitoring Controller serves as the central component of our modular design by harnessing a one or many of our interchangeable plug in modules based on your condition monitoring requirements. The UDL-8000 is based on a central controller with sensor interfaces and signal conditioning modules.

The TMS-2000 Condition Monitoring Database is used to access the Data stored within the SQL Database and to visualize the acquired data. The TMS-DSS / UDL-DSS accepts up to 16 devices at the same time and can collect data simultaneously. The Communication between the TMS / UDL Software Package and the SQL Database is TCP Based. The Database Server can run on the same or on a remote computer. The TMS-2000 Data Client connects via TCP to the SQL Database and can run on the same or on a different computer. Multiple connections from different computers can be made at the same time.

Coupling capacitor 80pF or 1000pF partial discharge online sensor. The PDC Series Partial Discharge Sensor-Coupling Capacitor is a sensor used for online and offline partial discharge measurements on rotating machines. Each sensor is a high voltage capacitor with an integrated quadrupole. Permanent or temporary partial discharge monitors can be connected via standard RG58 BNC cables to the couplers, usually by using a termination box in between. The PDC-1000 series has an integrated high voltage cable which will be connected via cable lugs to the high voltage busbars of the rotating machine to pickup partial discharge signals without any loss.

The HFTC-0030 and HFTC-0050  Partial Discharge High Frequency Current Transformers are ideally suited for Partial Discharge measurements especially when used in combination with surge capacitors for online partial Discharge measurements/monitoring. The HFTC-0030 and HFTC-0050 are both clamp on fixtures, meaning they can be fitted while the machine is in operational mode without the need for cables or equipment be removed. They offer a standard BNC female connector for an easy connection, together with standard coaxial cables as RG58. A suitable mounting bracket is supplied which allows an easy mounting in most of the installation locations.

The HFT-0017 and HFT-0024  Partial Discharge High Frequency Current Transformers are ideally suited for Partial Discharge measurements especially when used in combination with surge capacitors for online partial Discharge measurements/monitoring. The HFT-0017 and HFT-0024 uses the surge capacitor (which is used for the protection of the machine winding) as a partial discharge coupling capacitor. The HFT-0017 and HFT-0024 offer a standard BNC female connector for an easy connection, together with standard coaxial cables as RG58. A suitable mounting bracket is supplied which allows an easy mounting in most of the installation locations. Both versions are fully compliant with the IEC-60270 and IEC-60034 standard and are ATEX certified.
