Low Voltage
SRT - High Capacitance Capacitors
These high capacitance capacitors are designed for coupling and decoupling in digital circuits, high-frequency applications, and high-density power supplies. Manufactured with Basis Metal Electrode (BME) technology, these capacitors are offered in small sizes while achieving high capacitance values. They are RoHS and Halogen compliant, ensuring minimal environmental impact. These capacitors can handle a wide range of operating temperatures, with X7R and X7S types functioning between -55°C and +125°C, X6S from -55°C to +105°C, and X5R from -55°C to +85°C. Their temperature coefficients, dissipation factors, and insulation resistances are tested in accordance with CECC and AEC-Q200 standards. Suitable for surface mount applications, these capacitors are compatible with both wave and reflow soldering processes. Additionally, they offer high reliability without polarity issues and can be customized in terms of voltage, package size, and capacitance value for specific needs. Their dielectric strength test conforms to EIA-198-2-E standards, ensuring robust performance in demanding conditions.
Safety Cap
SRT - Safety Certified Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC)
This Safety Certified Multilayer Ceramic Capacitor (MLCC) is tailored for applications where high reliability and stability are crucial, such as modems, facsimiles, telephones, and various electronic equipment used for lighting, surge protection, and isolation. It is designed to meet safety standards such as EN 60384-14:2013/A1:2016, IEC60384-14:2013/AMD1:2016, UL 60384-14 (Ed 2.0), UL 62368-1 (2nd Edition), and certified by bodies like TUV, UL, and CQC. Operating temperature ranges from -55°C to +125°C, with a temperature coefficient of ±30ppm/°C for C0G and ±15% for X7R. The capacitor offers high insulation resistance and a low dissipation factor, with termination options in Cu or Ag/Ni/Sn (lead-free). The MLCC comes in various series (FK, FH) and sizes (1206, 1808, 1812, 2211, 2220) to meet different application needs, with capacitance values expressed in picofarads. Tolerances vary from ±0.50pF up to ±20%, and voltages include 2.5KV, 5KV, and 6KV. Options for packaging include reel and bulk, with additional features like high reliability, anti-arcing, and anti-bending available.
Filters
SRT - Flexible Quadripole Capacitor for Filtering and Decoupling
The EMI M2F series includes flexible quadripole capacitors designed for filtering and decoupling applications. These capacitors operate within a temperature range from -55°C to +125°C. They utilize two dielectric materials: NP0, with a temperature coefficient of ± 30ppm, and X7R, with a temperature coefficient of ± 15% with 0Vdc. NP0 capacitors feature a dissipation factor of ≤ 1.10-3 at 1Vrms and 1MHz for values ≤ 1000pF and the same at 1Vrms and 1kHz for values > 1000pF. The aging rate for X7R capacitors is 2% per decade, with a dissipation factor of ≤ 0.025 at 1kHz. Insulation resistance (IR) for NP0 capacitors is 105 MOhm or 1000 Ohm-Farad at 25°C and 104 MOhm or 100 Ohm-Farad at 125°C. Dielectric strength tests are performed at 2.5Un for voltages ≤ 200V and U+250V for 200V for 5 seconds with a maximum charging current of 50mA. The capacitors are available in various sizes including 0603, 0805, 1206, 1812, and 2220, and support multiple voltage ratings such as 50V, 100V, 200V, and 500V. Termination options include Nickel Tin, Palladium-Silver, Polymer Tin (Flex), and Copper Tin (Non-Magnetic). Packaging options are available in reel or bulk. The capacitors also adhere to reliability specs (Dxx) and sorting specs (Exx). Designed for precision in high-performance applications, these capacitors are crucial for ensuring stable and efficient electronic circuit operations.
High Voltage
SRT - Radial Capacitor Dipped High Voltage
The high voltage radial capacitor is designed for demanding applications, standing out in severe environments and historical designs. Available in multiple dielectrics such as NPO, N2T, BX, 2X1, and X7R, it offers non-magnetic options and equivalence to most concurrent designs as per cross-reference charts. Operating within a temperature range of -55°C to +125°C, its temperature coefficient varies by model, including ±30ppm for NPO and -2200 ±350 ppm/°C for N2T. The dissipation factor for NPO and N2T models is limited to ≤ 1.10^-3 at 1Vrms and frequencies up to 1MHz or 1KHz depending on capacitance value, while X7R models feature a dissipation factor of ≤ 0.025 at 1kHz for capacitance values ≥ 100pF. Insulation resistance at 25°C/Un is rated at 105MOhm or 1000 Ohm-Farad, whichever is less, with a reduced rating at 125°C/Un. The capacitors undergo a dielectric strength test at 1.2Un for 5 seconds, with a maximum burn-in of 48 hours at 125°C at 2Un if Un <500V or 1.5Un if Un >500V.
