The Stan Design pit cover system is made from a proprietary plastic composite material that offers extreme strength as well as resistance to all types of chemicals. The system is designed in segments that are 2ft long and as wide as your pit. These segments are very light weight only 12 lb/ea and they slide onto one another with the simple push of the hand. Light weight and extremely strong, a great combination. The PLC1000 is a direct replacement for the DEVON and the UNI-LUBE systems.
