Steam boiler monobloc, with reverse flame (pressurized combustion), pressure 11.8 bar (on request also 14.7 bar), high efficiency, equipped with wide furnace with wet back, dry saturated steam thanks to an effective humidity separator placed before the outlet. Easy maintenance thanks to the big front door and to the bolted smoke chamber totally dismountable. Suitable to work with gas, oil or heavy oil.

The boilers SupeRAC AR (High efficiency) are monobloc boiler, three smoke passes (two in combustion chamber) at pressurized combustion, equipped with wide furnace at flame reverse, with furnace back completely wet, connection for starting condensate discharge placed on the smoke chamber, internal course of the water studied in order to cool the anterior part and increase the temperature in the rear part of the boiler to reduce the starting condensate. Suitable to work with gas, LPG, light oil or heavy oilfuel. The boiler SupeRAC AR is equipped  with special turbolators in stainless steel AISI 430, with special forming for increase the smoke turbolence and increase the thermal exchange heat/tube with low consumption and high efficiency over 95%. The boiler SupeRAC AR is classified to three stars. The boiler SupeRAC AR is suggested to be used in heating plants with hot water up to 95°C (for export 115°C), with working pressure 6 bar (on request 8 or 10 bar).

Boiler SupeRAC AR-C supplied in 5 parts preassembled, suitable for introduction in heating plants with small entry passages. Assembly, welding and hydraulic test have to be executed on site from qualified personnel.

New control box Thermowatt allowing to improve the interface with service personnel; the digital display (PAB versions) featuring the interactive language with pictograms gives real time information about burner operation and statistics stored during the heating season.

All burners feature high versatility on different types of domestic, commercial and industrial application; Aluminium casing up to MAIOR P 200.1 and steel casing from P 300.1 with electrical panel on board.
