StrongBox - Insulated Aluminum Clamshell Entry Enclosure for Pump and Power Conditioners

This product is an insulated aluminum clamshell entry enclosure designed for pump and power conditioners. It is constructed from marine grade 5052-H32 aluminum alloy, offering a robust and durable solution with a wall thickness of 1/8 inch. The enclosure is designed to resist vandalism and withstand harsh weather conditions. The main housing features a solid sheet construction with punched rectangular patterns on the sides to allow for viewing backflow operation. The mounting base plate is crafted from powder-coated stainless steel and can be secured using anchor plates in wet concrete or anchor bolts at least 2 inches deep in cured concrete. The center split design allows the enclosure sides to swing out, pivoting on the mounting hardware at each end. A full release locking mechanism, including a stainless steel crossbar with padlock provisions, secures the enclosure. The Polar Bearier bag included provides R-30 insulation using Radiant Barrier Foil, acrylic polyester, and air bubble pack, protecting the backflow device from freezing and moisture. The product complies with UL 508a, UL NEMA 3SX, and 4X standards and StrongBox is ISO 9001:2015 Certified.
