Super Radiator Coils products

This unit has multiple heat exchangers (4-row heat exchanger and 10-row heat exchanger), gasketed transition with flange, instrumentation ports, access doors, and integrated drain pain. Weighing in at just under 11,000 lbs., the unit was supported by  6 x 3.5 c-channel. 

The formation of ice crystals within the gas turbine air inlet system creates damage risk for gas turbine airfoils. Super Radiator’s turbine inlet anti-icing coils utilize hot fluid to ensure ice crystals do not form and cause costly damage and downtime. These coils are designed to minimize air pressure loss while preheating the air with inlet temperatures as low as -70°F (-57°C).

This heat exchanger features tubes and fins made from carbon steel and is powder coated for rust prevention. This example has SAE-style hydraulic fittings to account for high pressures, but we`re able to include any industry-specific fittings at the customer`s request. The product also features header and casing brackets to account for the heavy vibration created by the compression process, especially during startup.   

Steam coils are designed and manufactured for applications ranging from commercial to industrial. Various applications include process equipment, HVAC, heaters, ovens, pre-heaters and other.

This multi-row, multi-unit air preheater enclosure features spiral wrapped fin tube (carbon steel tube with aluminum fin), along with an enclosed airtight header construction. The housing was designed and built so that the heat exchangers could be removed for maintenance or replacement.  The heat exchangers and housing are Heresite coated for enhanced durability.  

This carbon steel tube/aluminum fin spiral wrapped coil was designed to ASME Section VIII, Div 1 Code. The heat exchanger housing was also manufactured from carbon steel. 300# flanges were applied per customer request.
