Tubeless steam generators VPR are the result of considerable experience acquired by Garioni Naval in costruction of traditional steam boiler. They are ideal for small and medium size plants where medium pressure (up to 10 bar) steam is required. Their particular tubeless design ensures standards of safety and realibility which have received considerable acclaim from our customers. Our tubeless steam generators are ideal for garment industries, dry cleaning, ironing shops, saunas, and all industrial processes where high reliability is required. Small and medium capacity thermal oil heaters. Our TH thermal oil heaters have been engineered for maximum efficiency even without feed air preheater. On these kind of boilers it is possible to install every type of commercial burner, which allows the costumer to have an easy and low cost of the after sales service, anywhere needed. NPR are Garioni Naval’s type of high efficiency with reverse flame hot water boilers. All our NPR boilers have been designed to obtain a minimum efficiency of 91%. Pressurized fire tube boilers for the production of hot water. Capacity from 64 up to 4.600 kW. Power KW: 64-4.651.

Controlled circulation, water tube boilers suitable for the production of hot water, and three gas passes. They are realized both in vertical and horizontal version. They have elevated efficiencies (>91%) and are tested for pressures up to 36 bar and, for there dimensions, can be installed in reduced spaces. Power KW 116-2.907. Steam Production KW 300-7.550.

A few notes about solid fuel combustion. In the combustion of solid fuel, many parameters must be controlled at the same time to obtain satisfactory results. The combustion chamber must have a fair volume, the steady state temperature must be correct and constant; the combustion air must be metered and dispensed properly; the depression inside furnace must be kept on project values to get correct speed of combustion products during their run inside the boiler; the fuel must maintain constant humidity and dimensions. The respect of this rules allow high efficiency and the observance of antipollution standards.

The fire tube steam boiler GPT, of the type with three passes, wet back and bended plates, is technologically the most advanced boiler that can be found on the market. The models from 2 up to 20 ton/h are realized with Fox type furnace. They have been studied to have the highest efficiency and the lowest possible, NOx emissions. They can be supplied with two steps and with fully modulated regulation burner. Efficiency of 94% using the GN-ECO System. Pressure up to 25 bar.

NG/C steam generators belong to the two smoke passes with dry back type. Studied to have a minimum efficiency of 90%. It’s delivered complete with all regulation and safety devices. lt can use every kind of burner on market, to grant immediate after sales service in every town. Steam production from 300 up to 6.000 Kg/h. Pressure up to 18 bar. Completely automatic working, they include all accessoires. Manufactured following all international standards, checked with ultrasound and X ray on welding and sheets.
