Swebo Bioenergy products

The SWEBO BioTherm is the result of a research and development project lasting many years and, like so many of our other products, it has made a significant impression on the market. Among other fuels, the burner can burn challenging fuels such as horse and chicken manure, extremely moist chips (with a moisture content of up to 61%), offal, etc. In other words, it is a genuine multi-burner.

The sun`s radiation is free, and can be used to generate both electricity and heat. This is extremely cost-effective and environmentally friendly. Solar heat can be very effectively combined with pellet or other solid fuel combustion.

SWEBO`s range of boilers extends from small 50 kW bio-boilers up to large 3 MW bioboilers. The boilers are modified and adapted in accordance with SWEBO`s energy concept.

SWEBO S.M.S is the optimum storage space and management system for biofuels on a large scale, specially developed for large consumers of energy such as local shared heating plants, industry and large buildings. It is a flexible modular system that was developed in order to minimise the management process for biofuel consumers with respect to the large fuel storage volumes that the SWEBO S.M.S provides.

The SWEBO S-series comprises a number of different smart storage tank modules, which are each driven by hydraulic scrapers, to allow the least expensive storage tank (S6) to be constructed in kit form, measuring 2.8 x 1.2 metres (max. 2 wide) and with 2 different wall heights. The storage tank is supplied unassembled, for an inexpensive but high quality solution. The storage tank can handle loads of up to around 16 m³.

The burner for extreme fuels. We have over 30 years` experience of alternative fuels, and have developed an efficient, environmentally-friendly and fully automated system for burning chips, sawdust etc. with which other fuels can be mixed. The fuel can have a moisture content of up to 45%. SWEBO Energy burners are supplied with our unique SA2 modulating control system. It gives precise, complete combustion with a significantly higher degree of efficiency and lower fuel consumption than the majority of systems where combustion occurs directly in the boiler. The SWEBO Energy burner is available in sizes from 65 to 500 kW, adapted to suit the boiler room.

SWEBO PHC - Prefabricated Heat Central - is an innovative concept for pellets and wood chips, where each standardized heating plant is designed, assembled, full scale tested and inspected before delivery. The whole delivery process is to ensure a safe and proper functioning of the heat central. SWEBO PHC is produced in power ranges from 200 kW to 2 MW. Since the concept allows industrial series production of all the installation phases, SWEBO PHC is a very cost effective investment. The facilities are of the highest technical standard and comes with proven performance and function warranty. Of course there are unique opportunities for customization, aesthetically as well as functional.

Swebo Biobox ALL INclusive - is exactly as it sounds, all in one. Heat center comes with an integrated storage between 17-30 m3 depending on the model. When the center gets to the customerit is only to switch on electricity, culverts and water - and start. Simple as that! Unlike a heating plant with a separate store, this center can be moved over days if necessary. The integrated storage opens with hydraulic cylinders from a key box, but you can also choose to have it delivered with remote opening.
