Flare Tip
TCR - Dual HP/LP Flare Tip
Dual HP/LP flare can be used for both high and low flow and pressure ranges. The perk of having both HP and LP tips tied in together is sharing pilot burners, hence reducing the total number of pilot without affecting the tips performance. This dual flare tips are also integrated with one windshield. Our windshield is designed to prevent flame lick from happening that is greatly influenced by the wind. During high wind condition, the low-pressure area on the downwind side of the stack may cause the flare gas to be drawn down the flaring equipment.
Pilot Burner
TCR - High Energy Ignitor
A self-inspirating pilot burner that are able to pre-mix fuel gas and air for ignition. The system requires external fuel source, designed with single source of ignition, high energy form of electronic ignition system – manual or automatic ignition via PLC control. TCR High Energy Ignitor (HEI) operates at a lower voltage, 2000 volt to deliver a high energy spark to lit up pilot fuel gas. Our HEI is reliable and would not have problems of ‘wandering electrodes’ as electrodes are encapsulated and protected in a rod. Ignitor components includes single or dual element type-K thermocouple and transformer fault sensor.
Ignition Skid
TCR - Flame Front Gnerator Skid
Known as fire ball ignition type, TCR provides FFG skid in manual and automatic mode. FFG skid works by mixing air and fuel gas together in a flammable ratio. Air and fuel gas are metered through pressure regulator into a mixing chamber. Air-fuel gas mixture will then fill in the FFG line up to the pilot head within the time stipulated – depending on the length of the FFG line. Once FFG spark plug switched on, a flame propagation (fireball) will travel from the ignition skid to the FFG nozzle of the pilot head – igniting the pilot burner. FFG has a huge benefit for operation and maintenance services as the sparking device can be serviced while the flare is in operation. FFG ignition skid can be integrated with LPG / propane cylinders skid that act as a back-up and pilot burner start-up.
