Pirotex Pyrolysis Plant
We would like to introduce our low-temperature pyrolysis equipment - Pirotex which is designed for recycling and utilization of scrap tires, mechanical rubber goods, plastics, oil sludge and waste oils. Pirotex pyrolysis plant is a highly ecological product. It produces nearly no emissions. The equipment is automated to the maximum that allows reducing human labor to elementary operations such as loading and unloading of crucible from the furnace. The following marketable products are obtained: - pyrolysis oil which can be further processed into marketable fractions - benzine, diesel and mazut - carbon black which can be further processed into active coal, sorbent and additive for mechanical rubber goods - metal cord (scrap metal) - gas which is used to support operation of the Pirotex pyrolyss plant.
KVARK-500 - Furnace for carbon activation
KVARK-500 drum furnace for gas-vapour activation of carbon-containing residue is able to process not only pyrolysis products, but carbonize products like brown coal, bituminous coal, anthracite, peat, wood, vegetation wastes (walnut, coconut and other shells, fruit tree pits, rice husk, etc.). As a result active coals of different sorption properties for different application fields are available, increasing the demand for these products and greatly expanding the product market. The equipment is also can be used as an equipment for carbonization and pyrolysis of carbon-containing products. The equipment can be used as an undependent equipment in the function of a rotating furnace or as an auxiliary equipment to the Pirotex pyrolysis plant for production of active coal from carbon-containing residue.GRIZOX-50 - Mini Oil Refinery Plant
GRIZOX-50 Mini Oil Refinery – is a unit applicable to deparaffination and improvement in quality and ecological parameters of carbon-containing feedstock up to marketable products. Types of feedstock include: stable gas condensate, fuel oil (light and dark), mixture of straight-run benzene and mazut, light oil. The capacity of equipment is 50 tons of feedstock per day. GRIZOX-50 catalytic thermal cracking unit is delivered with fully automated systems, equipped with the best Russian and foreign component parts and requires minimum personnel for its operation. GRIZOX-50 provides necessary energy, both thermal and electric (available as an additional option). The unit can be used as an independent equipment for processing of stable gas condensate, mixture of straight-run benzene and mazut, light oil into high-octane gasoline, diesel and mazut. Or it can be used as an auxiliary equipment to the Pirotex pyrolysis plant to process liquid fuel (synthetic oil) into marketable fractions.
