Precise Electrical Contacts for Series Products

Thanks to extensive experience with complex geometries in test engineering, we are familiar with most connectors. Based on this know-how, TEKON experts design components for electrically operated products with measuring and testing tasks. The application is preferably in series for which a precise contact transmission is important.

Test Adapter with Leak Test

Growing demands on the testing process for electrical and electronic components require elaborate testing procedures. In order to ensure the production process and the quality of the products, the leak tightness often has to be tested additionally. TEKON test fixtures can be extended by a corresponding function for this purpose. Electrical and leak tests can thus be carried out in parallel. The leakage test can be combined with almost any TEKON test adapter. The test costs can be significantly reduced by saving (cycle) times. In addition, there are no acquisition costs and installation space for an additional station. Leak detection is particularly suitable for high-voltage measurements, since there are fewer falsifying temperature effects.
