Gender Equality: This goal is a high priority for us. With measures such as the use of gender-neutral language, we can actively contribute to this goal. We also create better conditions by improving the compatibility of family and work (flexitime, work anywhere, etc.).
Affordable and Clean Energy: Companies also bear a responsibility to develop their infrastructure and modernise technologies. We try to cover our electricity consumption through the TELE Cosmos photovoltaic system and the additional demand through green electricity.
Decent Work and Economic Growth: We try to contribute to this goal through long-term, trustworthy supplier relationships, independent production in Austria and our codes of conduct to enforce environmental and social standards.
Responsible Consumption and Production: our TELE grid and system protection is certified as a climate-neutral product and TELE as a company itself is also certified as a “climate-neutral company”. We actively support development projects to ensure sustainable production and product development.
Climate Action: We rely on various measures to further counteract climate change: e-charging stations, our photovoltaic modules, resource-saving processes and employee initiatives. Several small steps can also lead to success
