Calidutherm is a ready-mixed dry product for the production of grouting suspensions for geothermal probes in accordance with VDI 4640/Page 2. Calidutherm contains only natural ingredients. It complies with the specifications of TRGS 613 and DIN EN 196-10 of < 2ppm in soluble Cr VI. The analysis values of Calidutherm show that it contains 0.000005 – 0.000006% of soluble chromium VI. This means that Calidutherm can be considered as chromate-free.

Factory-made geothermal probes produced of PE 100-RC / SDR 11 / PN 16 in accordance with the VDI 4640 guidelines. Different lengths, diameters and design (32 x 3.0mm; 40 x 3.7mm). Probe foot with weight adapter. Cold-resistant and heat-resistant. Production monitoring based on the guidelines of the accredited certification institute SKZ . Würzburg. In conformity with the specifications and requirements of the  certification mark for geothermal drilling contractors (D-A-CH)

Operation area within the 1st aquifer. Overall length of 6.30m - particularly suitable when boring depth is limited by local regulations. Archimedean screw with coaxial second tube inside the probe. High extraction rate due to the design synergy. Only standard well boring required. The metal part of the stainless steel probe to be pressed up with filter sand, the part above - filled with grouting.

Stable PE chamber with ready-installed PE manifolds designed for 2-4 brine circuits. Ball valves and/or flowmeter anytime replacable, since both sides are screwed with cap nut and flat seal. Cover load up to 200kg. Ball valves on top of the manifold for optimal rinsing, filling and deaeration of the system

Standard design: Cover load up to 200kg (walkablbe), car-accessible (up to 600kg wheel load). Also available as an option with 20cm or 40cm chamber extension, main shut-off valves. Ball valves on top of the manifold for optimal rinsing, filling and deaeration of the system. Tested load class: max. 1,1t wheel load.

The conventional geothermal brine medium for industrial plants is a clear, viscous liquid. Terra Gelu Heat Transfer Fluid "N" is free from nitrite, borax and CMR (carcinogenic, mutagenic and reprotoxic).
