Heat pumps from Thermal Energy HQ are air-source units that capture ambient heat and deliver high-temperature hot water efficiently while pairing with a dedicated thermal storage tank. These heat pumps extract heat from surrounding air (indoor or outdoor), even in very cold conditions down to about -30°F, and convert it into hot water up to 140°F for heating and domestic hot water use. They use electricity to drive a refrigeration cycle and can provide up to roughly four units of thermal output for each unit of electrical input, giving a high coefficient of performance compared with conventional electric resistance heaters.

A Photovoltaic-Thermal (PVT) solution provides both thermal and electrical energy. Our uniquely designed PVT captures up to 84% of the available solar energy and converts it into four parts thermal and one part electrical energy.
