Hydraulic Oil Cooling

TTP - Fluid Air Fan

The rugged, lightweight and compact BOL Series provides outstanding heat dissipation for extreme heat loads.  Available with AC or hydraulic fan motors, all feature proven brazed aluminum P-BAR™ plate and bar core technology engineered with an aggressive turbulator that produces ultra-high heat transfer.  Available with two bypass relief options — a factory installed pressure bypass (P-BAR core) or an internal temperature controlled bypass (T-BAR™ core).

TTP - Fluid Air Fan

The OCA Series is available in a wide range of sizes designed for a broad range of both mobile and industrial applications.  Its rugged steel construction features the patented T-BAR™ solid extrusion core technology, but is more efficient and lighter in weight than competitor models.  This high performing series has the ability to handle high viscosity fluids with the advantage of providing ample cooling in areas where water is costly or unavailable.

TTP - Fluid Air Fan

The MA Series provides rugged high performance for demanding mobile equipment oil cooling applications.  Select from a broad line of standard units all featuring proven brazed aluminum P-BAR™ plate and bar core technology, engineered with an aggressive turbulator that produces ultra-high heat transfer.  Available with axial fans equipped with brushless DC electric motors for extended life, minimal electrical load of over 82% efficiency, custom fan speed control and lower ambient noise.  Add the MAGHEX programmable fan controller and sensor for an easy-to-install and low cost alternative to complex control systems.

TTP - Compressor Air Tube

The HC Series shell & tube style offers the widest variety of options for utilizing water for cooling compressor lube oil or air.  It remains the industry standard in ultimate value and long-term reliability.  The proven fixed tubesheet design shell and tube heat exchanger offers the cost effectiveness that comes with having a highly standard design, while easily providing for various options to meet specific application requirements.  Multiple material options are available as well.  This series includes seventeen models with air flow capacities from 75-1500 SCFM (2.12-42.48 SCMM) or oil flow from 7-105 GPM (27-397 LPM) and heat rejection from 14-281 HP (10.4-209.5 KW).

TTP - Fluid Water Tube

The SSC Series features all stainless steel construction.  The proven fixed tubesheet design shell and tube heat exchanger offers the cost effectiveness that comes with having a highly standard design, while easily providing for various options to meet specific application requirements.  Custom models are also available.  This series is preferred for all new oil-water applications.

Our manufactured custom OE engine cooling modules for small gasoline engines to large-horsepower turbo diesel applications. Your choice of a variety of materials and core types (S-BAR, T-BAR, or P-BAR) offers design flexibility for high-performing radiators, CAC’s, or oil cooling. Full system modeling and validation of cooling modules is provided.
