Energy conservation and sustainability has been the cornerstone of ThermalTech`s culture since our beginning.  Gary Davies, our founding partner, helped form the University of Cincinnati Energy Group while working as a research and teaching assistant for the College of Engineering.  After the group became self-supporting utilizing the cost reductions they identified, he took his passion into private practice founding ThermalTech Engineering. Since then we have gained a reputation for cost-reduction engineering, having performed assessments for over 700 buildings of all types throughout the United States and internationally.

ThermalTech has performed over 750 energy audits in all types of buildings across the country.  Our energy audit history began in 1980 with Federal Title III audits in office buildings, colleges and universities throughout Ohio, Kentucky and Indiana.  Since those early days we developed, incorporated and improved our energy auditing capabilities and tools.  Now we combine our specialized ECM (Energy Conservation Measure) Screening Tool with other available DOE and vendor programs to give our clients the best value for their money.
