This Front Loading Box Furnace has a PLC controlled automatic manipulator to load and unload product. The furnace operates at temperatures up to 1200°C (2192°F).

This Bottom Loading Elevator Hearth Furnace has a hydrogen atmosphere system. Dual crucibles on each side are used to control the cool-down rate of the parts.

This Dual Car Bottom Elevator Hearth Furnace is designed for maximum throughput. Three temperature zones have a combined 180 kW power rating. The heated chamber is 44″ W x 20″ H x 192″ Long and can reach a maximum temperature of 982°C (1800°F). Each hearth is capable of supporting a 3000 pound load.

This Gas Fired Box Furnace has a 48″ H x 60″ W x 84″ Deep chamber. It has 6 direct fired burners that produce a total of 2.4 million BTU’s and up to 1260°C (2300°F) operating temperature.

The Dual Chamber Tool Room Furnace displayed here has a temperature capability of 1260°C (2300°F) in the upper chamber and 677°C (1250°F) in the lower chamber. Shown with optional roll-out quench tank, roller hearth and pneumatic door opener.

Using an innovative dual-drawer design, the Drawer Oven from Thermcraft is an ideal solution to high-temperature thermal processing of large-area sheets and batches of small flat components. Each of these drawers can be individually loaded and unloaded without interrupting the process, while four distinct temperature control zones provide the precise fine-tuning of heating parameters. These are logged in real-time using integrated data recorders, allowing oven operators to carefully monitor the heating process.

These cylindrical heaters use a helically wound iron-chrome-aluminum wire partially embedded in the ceramic fiber. Leads can be standard (single strand) or braided (two strands twisted). The heaters are available with intregal vestibules with the opening sized to meet the need of the application.

The Duracraft design incorporates helically wound heavy gauge conventional wire or Kanthal APM powdered-metal wire. The heavy gauge wire enables higher temperature operation. The addition of self-locking ceramic spacers increases consistency and reliability under fluctuations of repeated temperature cycling. Upgrading to Kanthal™ APM powdered-metal wire allows for the highest temperature operation, large temperature swings and longer element life.

This Vertical Split Oven has an internal diameter of 46″ and a heated length of 80″.  The split clam shell design is unique and allows for large cylindrical shaped product to be easily loaded/unloaded for thermal processing.

This Table top Shelf Oven is for low temperature operations. It’s compact design with integrated control system easily allows for table top or bench top use.  It has a maximum temperature of 180°C (350°F).
