Toyo Tanso has been producing silicon carbide coated carriers for epitaxial deposition for over 25 years. Our goal is to continuously improve the standards for our platters. The demands from our customer base have become more stringent for highly engineered carriers with reliable and consistent process performance. Toyo Tanso USA has utilized Kaizen and mandated process improvement to meet these demands. These process improvements have been made through capital improvement projects and comprehensive statistical analysis.

Toyo Tanso - Ion Implant

Toyo Tanso has designed materials that are favorable to use in the challenging ion implant process. Toyo has fine grain materials that can be used in both front-end beam line applications and back end usage. Toyo can provide fully integrated manufacturing of ion implant parts. Toyo has machining, purification and ultra sonic cleaning capabilities to provide pure dust free parts for you process. We also offer reverse engineering of parts utilizing our multiple CMM inspection tools. Toyo has had over 25 years experience making quality parts for the ion implant industry that you can entrust are reliable and of the highest quality.

Toyo Tanso - Heat Treating Applications

Toyo Tanso manufacturers highly advanced carbon composite and graphite materials for heat treating applications. The high strength and low mass of our carbon composite materials offers optimal thermal conservation opportunities and potentially greater furnace throughput. Toyo Tanso can provide carbon composite sheets and cylindrical heat shields. We also provide "C" and "L" channels for insulation support and screws and nuts for fastening.
