Trak - Smart Energy System (SES)

TRAK Smart Energy Systems (SES) optimally integrate Onsite Electricity Generation, Heat Recovery and Thermal Storage to deliver and sustain ideal environments and improve production processes. Our SES use relevant energy techniques that include GeoExchange, Centralized Heat Pumps, Internal and Exhaust Heat Recovery, Fan Coil / Radiant Distribution and Storage, Onsite Combined Heat & Power (CHP) Distributed Generation and Energy Management Controls. To the extent to which they are appropriate for each unique design, these various methods of internal energy-recycling, energy-efficiency and thermal storage can cost-effectively combine with co-generation to deliver better sustainable and resilient conditions. 

Trak - Model GeoExchange - Ground Loop System

A TRAK GeoExchange ground loop is a system of multiple vertical polyethylene plastic pipes set about 140 metres (450 feet) deep into the Earth and spaced about 6 metres (20 feet apart) as a field. Typically, a 70% water and 30% environmentally-safe glycol fluid is pumped through these loops to TRAK Heat Pumps that either absorbs or releases heat, depending on the season. In winter heating mode, fluid is chilled by giving its thermal energy off into the building, drawing heat out of the warmer ground (+6°C to +16°C year-round). In summer cooling mode, fluid is warmed by drawing thermal energy out of the building and rejecting heat to the cooler ground.

Trak - Model Agenitor 100-450 kW - Energy CHP System Unit

Highly efficient power plant with an optimized gas engine – and therefore lower fuel costs. Modular design facilitates installation in hard-to-reach places. Very reliable even in regular start-stop operation thanks to highly wear- resistant engine components. Resilient and low-maintenance. Available as a twin pack configuration with two modules per container for twice the power. World`s first truly commercial hydrogen CHP 115 to 750 kW 100% hydrogen or fuel blends up to 40% hydrogen.

Interconnection of multiple units allows for higher electrical output. A Master Control system enables synchronization and load sharing to up to 5 modules. Efficient running mode and operating times due to excellent engine quality.
