The VS series encompasses eight meters going from 0.004 to 525 L/Min, most have a turn-down of a 1000:1 giving flow ranges of 0.004-4 L/Min for instance with a linearity of +/- 0.3% of reading. This gives unprecedented versatility, allowing one flowmeter to do the job of a cascade of meters from other manufacturers. To compliment the meters’ superb engineering there are an number of innovative add-on’s such as DLC coatings, sleeve bearings and ‘D’ shaped shafts (abrasive media), high temperature versions for 180oC (brake and gear box testing), band heaters and temperature sensors (hot-melt glue), internal & external EPDM seals and Skydrol/Hyjet proof connector (Aerospace testing), ATEX (hazardous area, intrinsically safe), high pressure (up to 700 Bar) to name but a few.

The RS Helical Screw flowmeter excels in its own right being highly accurate (+/- 0.5% of reading) and ideal for pump/valve testing and hydraulic cylinder positioning such as revolutionary wave-power devices and aerospace fuel valves and pumps to name but a few. The design of the helical rotors gives a low pressure drop and low shear compared to circular gears meters making ideal for extremely viscous, non-Newtonian or filled materials such as epoxy resins, Polyols, Isocyanate and Silicones.

The SpiraMAG Series transposes Faraday’s principles into a rugged, industrial package able to measure almost any conductive liquid. With an epoxy coated Steel or Stainless Steel body and IP67 enclosure rating, 2 liner and 2 electrode material options, thick or thin, clean or dirty, it can be measured. Whether it is clean water, industrial effluent, slurries, acids or bases there is a material combination to suit.

Manufactured from highly chemically resistant materials and completely non-metallic the PE is ideally suited to metering Acids and other corrosive media. With its unique construction the PE requires no straight pipe runs before or after,  allowing it to fit into the tightest of spaces and still accurately measures even if the media is delivered with peristaltic or diaphragm metering pumps which can cause pulsations in the flow. With its pulse and analogue output, the PE is truly versatile. The high resolution version offers 5,000 pulses per Litre and no moving parts to wear.
