Mr. Oil’s “blades” type crushers fully made with stainless steel, allows, due to the double face crushing, a soft breaking of drupes, keeping unaltered the organoleptic features of any kind of olive. The special stainless steel cone trunk shaped rotors support eight blade made with tempered stainless steel, with four wereable edges that can be replaced.
