Vogt HRSGs are designed and manufactured to deliver the most constructible and cost-effective equipment unit for each site-specific application. In cases where sites have shipping constraints and limited access, Vogt Power will reduce the pre-assembly and supply a V-Lite (bundle) design. The V-Lite features individual module harps; prefabricated into a bundle that is shipped in a frame that also serves as an uprighting fixture. Side casings and main structural steel are shipped separately.

When your combined cycle plant has shipping constraints, we recommend the V-Flex (Hybrid) design. The V-Flex includes the heating surface, casing (side, top, and bottom), and interconnecting piping. Main structural columns (goalposts) are shipped separately.

For HRSGs where transport and weight limitations allow, the main steel support structure is integrated and prefabricated with the boxes in a design that is the ultimate in constructability — a design we call V-Max. This HRSG comes with main support columns, top, side, and bottom casing attached to module box and the stub column provided to stabilize the module when erected.

Our First HRSG & Still the One for Single Wide Applications. Sold since the 1960s, our V-One design is still the best for single wide applications. Designed specifically for HRSGs behind gas turbines between 25 and 70MW, single wide units that provide the maximum in pre-assembly. This option includes standard width designs, 1, 2, or 3 pressure levels, and a full range of supplementary equipment with an accelerated delivery schedule.
