The device is designed to damp Ferroresonances, which arise mainly at switching off the voltage transformers. The device gradually increases the value of load resistance connected to secondary winding of the voltage transformers when ferroresonance arises. The device continuously monitors secondary voltage of the transformer. If a set value is exceeded, a small smoothly controllable resistor is connected to secondary winding of the transformer. The resistance rises continuously after each period of voltage until complete disconnection. The system logic serves for satisfactory ferroresonance damping.

ZOK - PG – Remote controlled manipulator for inspection of steam generator heat exchanging tubes with single eddy current probe and tube sheets with rotary probe, ultrasonic inspection of collector welds, and visual inspection of collector inner surfaces.

ZOK - OPZ – Remote controlled manipulator for plugging of steam generator leaking heat exchanging tubes with welded plug.

BUB – Remote controlled manipulator for bubble and helium testing of the steam generator heat exchanging tubes leak-tightness.

DIZAP – Remote controlled manipulator for eddy-current inspection of the steam generator flange threaded holes.

Manipulators dominate the fleet of equipment developed by our company, mainly applied to in-service inspections and maintenance of steam generators VVER-440 and VVER-1000.
