The sheathed heating element is a quasi-universal solution used to heat solids, liquids or gases through the Joule effect up to 800°C. It is a component of immersion heaters for the heating of fluids by natural or forced convection.

Vulcanic screw plug heaters are designed to heat fluids (water, oil, heavy fuel, glycol, acids, caustic soda, asphalt,etc.) or gases (air, nitrogen, CO2, etc.) by natural or forced convection up to 75 kW, 750 V 3-ph, 400 °C, 25 bar.

Vulcanic industrial fan heaters are designed to heat recycled air in all locations (workshops, warehouses, halls, stores, etc.), up to 67 kW, 400 V 3-phase. Maximum temperature of use: 35 to 45°C depending on the model.

Vulcanic air duct heaters are designed to heat new or recycled air circulating in industrial processes or in air conditioned buildings, up to 500 kW, 750 V 3-phase, > 300 °C.

Vulcanic cartridge heaters are designed for the heating of metallic parts (moulds, dies, plates, bolts, etc.) and of liquids up to several kW, 2500 mm, 750°C, from 12 to 450 V 1-ph or 3-ph.

Vulcanic band heaters are designed for the heating of cylindrical metal parts and also for the indirect heating of fluids through a wall (pipework, vessels, reservoirs, etc.) up to 7000 W, 700 °C, 400 V.

Liquid expansion thermostats, with bulb and capillary in copper or stainless steel, are designed to guarantee safety and control of heating or cooling systems.
