We have a fully equipped collector manufacturing facility where we can process all materials up to an outer diameter of 850 mm.

With our submerged arc welding lines we can supply large quantities of membrane walls in the most varied of dimensions and at short notice thanks to our substantial stock of bar and pipe material. Our modern plasma welding line is used for special profiles and special materials.

Thanks to our NC and CNC press bending machines we are also able to manufacture complex pipe geometries. In order to makes sure that the components manufactured by us are an accurate fit, all bent pipes are placed on an outline drawing and approved by our quality assurance. We weld continuous pipes by machine for our pipe coil manufacturing. These welded joints meet the highest customer requirements.
