FGI is an early professional manufacturer engaged in the research of hoist (four-quadrant or energy feedback type) inverter in China. The high-voltage four-quadrant (hoist) inverter adopts advanced vector control technology. The main difference between vector control and traditional V/F control is that vector control can separate the reactive current from the active current (torque current), and can automatically adjust the active current according to the change of the load during lifting process to make the output torque reach the best working condition which can output 2.5 times of the rated torque.

FG2000 series inverter is a series of high performance, simple and low noise inverter developed by FGI. Under the premise of improving stability, it adds a series of practical and advanced operation and control functions such as simple vector, practical PI adjustment, light load oscillation suppression, input and output phase loss, speed tracking start, flexible input and output terminals, parameter online modification, self-identifying signal transmission fault, power failure and shutdown parameter storage, swing frequency control, RS485 control, etc. It provides a highly integrated solution for equipment manufacturing and end customers, which is of great help to reduce system procurement and operation costs and improve system reliability.
