Wisconsin Outdoor - Crown Royal Stoves
For the Pristine Gasification Series outdoor wood furnaces to achieve a 99% combustion efficiency we had to take a new approach to air flow. Instead of “pushing” the air from the top, we decided to “pull” the air from the bottom, creating a Negative Pressure Gasification System. When the outdoor wood furnace is completely sealed, the air is “pulled” downward, forcing all gasses from the Firebox through the ash bed into the Secondary Combustion Chamber. This makes the system virtually smokeless, with lower exhaust temperatures at the chimney, and allows wood placement to be more forgiving.

Wisconsin Outdoor - Crown Royal Biomass Wood Chip Boiler
Crown Royal Stove’s wood chip boiler is an automated fed system with a storage bin, designed to be located next to your fuel storage for convenience, and is normally filled once a week (or longer), depending on the temperature outside and BTU’s needed. Our wood chip boiler burns numerous types of fuel: woods chips, wood pellets, coal, silage, etc. The ability to burn multiple fuel types provides significant value, as almost all users can access at least one or two locally sourced biomass fuels for a fraction of the price of propane or natural gas.
