Biomass Charcoal Gasifier is a machine that converts biomass such as wood chips, bamboo chips, fruit shells, rice husks, under a lean oxygen atmosphere into biochar and combustible gas which could be piped to heat supply system as gas fuel.

Agricultural and forestry waste such as rice husks, sawdust, branches, (orest residues, straw, fruit shells, sugarcane bagasse, corn cobs, etc undergo pyrolysis gasification reactions in a gasifier with lean oxygen environment, producing combustible gases (syngas); The combustible gas(syngas) converted from biomass is directly introduced into the adiabatic chamber of boiler to burn and generate hot flue gas. The heat from hot flue gas is then exchanged by a waste heat boiler to produce steam (hot water) for residential or industrial use.
