YBC utilizes a 24x7, up to the minute client portal for the reporting of audits performed on all assets. Each audit is customized to fit your needs and the information that is necessary for your corporation to retire the asset.  There are several options available to customize the audit process to suit your needs. During the Audit process a visual and electronic inspection is performed to determine the condition and completeness of an asset and to note any cosmetic damages to equipment, i.e. laptop hinges, cracks, toners left in printers, screen damage on laptops and monitors, etc.

YBC is uniquely aware of the changing needs of its clients and the desire to stay on the cutting edge of technology. YBC works directly with leasing companies, in conjunction with our clients, to enhance investment performance on leased equipment. YBC’s efficiency and accuracy in reporting enables us to act as an independent auditor in assessing the condition of the equipment and the completeness of the lease. Your organization has the option of either warehousing the equipment until the return or utilizing YBC’s resale options to receive the maximum value of the leased assets. The strength of this program is found in the YBC auditing capabilities by reducing the charge backs from the leasing company. YBC Lease Recovery/Return Services are totally customizable and are considered on a case-by-case basis due to the various leasing programs available.
