Zeeco - Model GLSF - Min-Emissions Down-fired Gas Burner
The Zeeco GLSF Mini-Emissions burner is an Ultra-Low emissions round flame burner.The picture (right) is Zeeco’s GLSF Min-Emissions down-fired burner firing with Refining Fuel Gas in the outer tips and PSA gas in the center tip. This design provides a flame shape that is normally the same width as the outside diameter of the burner tile allowing the burners to be installed in close proximity to each other.
Zeeco - Model GLSF - Min-Emissions Jet Flat Flame Gas Burner
The Zeeco GLSF Min-Emissions Enhanced Jet burner is an Ultra-Low emissions flat flame burner.The picture (right) is of Zeeco’s GLSF flat flame burners in operation in an ethylene cracking furnace. The design allows for flat flame burners to achieve a great heat flux profile without flame rollover. A major advantage is that the heat flux profile can be changed as required for the specific application with different tip drilling configurations without adversely affecting NOx emissions. The design is currently in service in over 100 ethylene cracking furnaces. Since the heat flux profile can be adjusted for different requirements, this design is also a perfect match for coker, cabin heater, steam super-heater, hydro-cracker, and reformer type applications.
Zeeco - Model CLSF - Min-Emissions Round Flame Combination Burner
The Zeeco CLSF Min-Emissions burner is an Ultra-Low NOx emissions round flame combination burner.The picture (right) is Zeeco’s CLSF Min-Emissions combination burner in operation. The reduced NOx emission from oil firing is achieved by “Pseudo Staging” of oil by our CB oil gun design. The result is a burner that can achieve very low NOx emissions with a great turndown. For natural draft applications, the burner is offered with a regen tile for oil stabilization. For forced draft applications, the burner is offered with a regen tile, cone or swirler depending upon the combustion air pressure drop available and customer requirements.
