The wind farm includes fi ve, 380 ft. high turbines, each capable of producing 1.5MW for a total of 7.5MW – which is enough energy to power approximately 2,500 homes. It is estimated that the energy produced by the wind farm will save the energy equivalent of 23,613 barrels of crude oil. This tour is open to the fi rst 50 registrants. Attendees will meet at the tour counter in the registration area at 12:30PM to depart at 12:45PM. Attendees will meet at the tour counter in the registration area at TBD. Attendees must wear fl at or thick heeled shoes, sunglasses or coat depending on the weather. On this tour, you will see the largest single roof-mounted solar array in the United States on top of the Atlantic City Convention Center. The solar power system, comprised of approximately 13,486 modules/panels, covers two-thirds of the main roof of the convention center or about 290,000 square feet. As a result of the solar project, the Center saved nearly $4.4 million in electricity costs over the 20-year contract. In greener terms, this avoids the release of 2,349 tons of carbon dioxide into the atmosphere. In 2009, the Center installed four super-sized fans on the ceiling of its four story atrium as part of continuing eff orts to incorporate more green into operating procedures. The industrial fans measure 16 feet and 20 feet in diameter and will save an estimated $80,000/year in heating and cooling costs for the Convention Center. The Center is currently researching the feasibility of installing a single wind turbine. The turbine is expected to produce approximately 16% of annual electrical consumption. The Center received a $1.5 million grant from the American Recovery & Reinvestment Act (ARRA) and is currently researching funding for the balance of the project. For more information, please visit www.aeecenter.org/GC2012/FreeACCCTourTour sponsored by Utility AdvantageTHUHURSDRSDAY,AY, Ma Marchrch 8 8 / 7/ 7:30:30 9:09:00AMJpwdombEnvEnvEnvEnviiiroiroiroironmenmenmenme tntantantantal Ll Ll Ll Ll Ll L ddeadeadeadeadersersersershihihiphiphiphip (C(C(C(C(C (CWWWWEWEWEELAcuity Brands• Aegis Energy Services, Inc.• AIC Heat Exchangers• Airius, LLC• AmbiRad• American Capital Energy• Association of Energy Engineers• ATAS International• Atlantic County Utilities Authority • (ACUA)Badger Meter• Birdsall Services Group (BSG)• BritePointe, Inc.• Carlo Gavazzi• Cleaver-Brooks• Commissioning Agents, Inc.• Comverge Technologies, Inc.• Con Edison Commercial & Industrial • Energy Effi ciency ProgramConstellation• Continental Control Systems, LLC• Copper Development Association• Delta Cooling Towers, Inc.• Delval Equipment• Dent Instruments• Diesel & Gas Turbine Worldwide• Dome-Tech, Inc.• Dwyer Instruments Inc.• Eaton• Elliott-Lewis• EMCOR Services• EMO Energy Solutions, LLC• E-MON• Energenic• eSight Energy Inc.• Flexim Americas Corporation• GDF Suez Energy Resources N.A.• Global Energy Services• Green Boiler Technologies• HESS • HK Huizhan Int’l Group• Honeywell• Hutchinson Mechanical Services• Kaeser Compressors, Inc.• Kawasaki Gas Turbines – Americas• Kinsley Energy Systems• Kraft Power Corporation• kWhOURS, Inc.• Lamar Lighting• Leviton Manufacturing Co.• Liberty Power• M&E Engineers, Inc.• MAMAC Systems• Measurlogic, Inc.• Miller & Chitty Co.• Mitsubishi Electric HVAC• Miura North America, Inc.• Noresco• North America Power Partners• Northeast Energy Systems• Noveda Technologies• Onicon Incorporated• Osram Sylvania• Pepco & Delmarva Power C & I • Energy Savings ProgramPfi ster• Philadelphia Gas Works (PGW)• Powerhouse Equipment• Precise Energy Group• Precision-Paragon (P2)• Ransome Engine/Caterpillar• Raypak• Regency Lighting• Reliable Controls Corporation• Reliant Energy, an NRG Energy • CompanyRetro-Tech Systems, Inc.• Satco Products Inc.• Satec, Inc.• Schwank USA, Inc.• Sentry Switch• Siemens• Solar Turbines Incorporated• Sprague Energy• Standard Solar, Inc.• Sun Farm Network• Sustainable Energy Fund• TE Connectivity• Tecogen, Inc.• Tequipment.net• ThinkEco, Inc.• UGI Energy Services• UGI Performance Solutions• Universal Lighting Technologies• US Lighting Technologies• Value Energy Solutions• Veolia Environmental Services• Veris Industries, Inc.• Waukesha Engine• Zoo Fans• Note: Subject to change without notice.EXPOSITION Wednesday, March 7 / 10AM - 4PM & Thursday, March 8 / 10AM - 2PMFREE EXPO ADMISSIONwww.GLOBALCONevent.comAtlantic City Convention Center - Hall B To Register for the Expo Only please visit: www.aeecenter.org/GLOBALCONExpoInformation on Exhibiting at GLOBALCONContact Information: Ashley Clark, GLOBALCON Exhibit Manager at (770) 279-4392 or ashley@aeecenter.org or visit www.aeecenter.org/GLOBALCONExhibitors as of 10/26/2011HK HUIZHAN INT’L GROUP, an International trade fair group out of Guangdong Province, China, is organizing a China Pavilion within the GLOBALCON show in Atlantic City on March 7-8, 2012 to feature leading energy, renewable, lighting, green facility technologies and companies.
