Every employee of NOVA is provided by the necessary training and support to ensure that we are able to fulfil the requirements. Employees are also provided with special trainings if any additional skills or trainings are required for challenging jobs.

We have been assessed and found to comply with the requirements of ISO 9001:2008. Quality Management System is applicable to Installation, Maintenance, Services, Commissioning of Wind Farms, Inspection and Exchanging Components of Turbines, Transport and Crane Operations. We are making continuous efforts to improve quality and obtain the best in all our services we offer.
