The company was focused on becoming a leading EPC entity and a dominant tracker supplier for the photovoltaic solar market. ERCAM has developed its own fix structures, single axis trackers and dual axis trackers. Our engineering & design division constantly works on the optimization and improvement of our products. At present, 150+ MW of ERCAM solar trackers have been installed in different places of the world, like Spain, France, Greece, Italy, South Africa, U.S.A and India. OWN MANUFACTURING FACILITIES By manufacturing our designs in the facilities that we´ve got in Spain, South Africa and soon in USA, we assure the minimum transport costs and maximum value for our customers. TRACKING SYSTEM At Energía ERCAM every effort is done to keep our designs simple as a strategy to reduce costs and improve reliability. Hydraulic or electrical activations systems with off the self proven commercial components are used. Our design takes advantage of our large experience, not only in installed MW but in operating time, with trackers running since 2001. FOUNDATIONS Due to the different characteristics of the soils, our company has got several foundation systems for our trackers such as concrete foundations, hammered piles or concreted micro-piles to meet the technical requirements applicable in each country. CONTROL SYSTEM Astronomic PLC programming and self-developed communication protocol (ERCAM_BUS) allows our company to provide a shadow-free tracking system with extremely high tracking reliability. Remote monitoring is possible using our own software or it can be integrated in other control systems such as SCADA.
