Today Businesses and their Suppliers are expected to be able to demonstrate Environmental Respon-sibility to their various customers. Many organisations do not have the personnel or the expertise in-house to undertake the basic information collection and data collation that is the first step in this process. Peak Energy Ltd is now able to provide a low cost solution to businesses who wish to have their information made available to them in a similar book keeping exercise to that undertaken by their accountants.Have information at your finger tips such as: annual energy consumption and costs, current trends (eg information that will enable accurate budget accruals), CO2 emission production and trends, consump-tion and utility information recorded so that ‘change of supplier’ decisions can be made instantly revised tariffs or new supply arrangements are offered to your business.Typical Customer (4) Report Package Example(A package can be tailored to an individual Clients requirements from over 70 standard reports)Actual/Target/Variance Consumption - graphically shows invoice or metered units against target information. Two graphs are displayed and can be chosen from the following: target and actual consumption, variance (%), variance (units).The comparison period can be any term down to a single month. The targeting method has three options: historical only, process target only, or priority to process. Each of these choices can be applied for any year from the chosen start date.A tabular display is provided to show the term being analysed, energy consumption target & actual, energy cost target & actual, kWh variance, percentage variance and GBP variance.Half Hour Data - for any half hour meter ID, specified site, group of sites, or account group, a half hour data graph can be produced. The meter data used can be from meter types; totaliser, main and or check, or from one of possible thirty-two logged channels and any half hour meter group.The time period being graphed can be any single day, month, year, fi-nancial year, or range of specified dates.The graph type can be arranged to show the data as a continuous flow, as individual days or weeks for the chosen period. Single or multiple channels can be shown on each graph with detailed or aggregated period data. Daily Analysis Profiles - for any half hour profile, a de-tailed report providing two graphs, one displaying the daily consumption for the chosen month, the other from the fol-lowing choices; day of highest demand, day of the highest consumption, day of the lowest consumption or a day of specific date.A table is provided showing the day of the month, consump-tion (kWh), maximum half hour and minimum half hour reading for each day.Finally the report displays a listing of the following: • Maximum daily consumption, kWh, date • Minimum daily consumption, kWh, date • Maximum demand, kW, time & date of occurrence • Minimum demand, kW, time & date of occurrence • Average daily consumption and average half hour consumption • % Load FactorCO2 Emissions - Report on aggregated period data or monthly period data, ranks sites CO2 information by energy consumption or tonnes carbon dioxide in descending or ascending tables.The customers energy data is collected electronically; alternatively the energy information can be gathered and collated direct from invoices (original or copied) or reports.
