Der Eintrag in die offiziellen Ausstellungsmedien (Katalog, Internet, Elektronische Be-sucherinformation) ist gemäß Ausstellungs ordnung (II, 3.6; II, 6.6) für alle Aussteller undalle Mitaussteller obligatorisch und kostenpflichtig. Falls bei Buchung eines Logos auf dem Formular [1a] bis zumAbgabeschluss keine Bilddatei an den DLG-Verlag gesendet wird, nutzt der Verlag dasaktuellste ihm vorliegende Logo.KorrekturabzügeJeder Aussteller erhält für seinen Medieneintrag einen Korrekturabzug übersandt, so-fern die Daten bis zum Abgabeschluss (4. Juli 2014) beim Verlag eingehen. Die Rück-sendung des Korrekturbogens muss bis spätestens 15. August erfolgen.Der Korrekturbogen enthält eine Frist für die Rücksendung. Bei Erteilung von Aufträgen getroffene mündli-che Absprachen sind auf dem Bestellformular zu vermerken; sie werden aber erstdurch ausdrückliche Bestätigung des Verlages rechtsverbindlich. Exhibitors who fail their catalogue entry in timewill be listed at their expense on the basis of the information available from the registration documents. Company logosCompany logos in the catalogue can only be positioned in the “Alphabetical list of ex-hibitors” on the right of the entry text, with a maximum width of 30 mm. When the deadline hasexceeded and no picture file was transmitted to DLG-Verlag, then booking the logoaccording to form [1a], DLG-Verlag will use the most recent picture file at hand.ProofsA proof for the media entry will be sent to each exhibitor provided DLG-Verlag receives the data by the deadline (4 July 2014). Die allgemeine Beleuchtung der Gänge in den Hallen erfolgt durch die DLG ServiceGmbH. Die Ausleuchtung der Stände ist Sache der Aus steller.2. Für die Entnahme von Kraftstrom steht den Ausstellern ein Drehstromnetz von 400Volt zur Verfügung. Für Lichtanschlüsse, Kleingeräte und einphasige Motoren ist dieBetriebsspannung 230 V einphasiger Wechselstrom bis maximal 3,0 kW. Die Netz-frequenz beträgt ca. 50 Hz. Schutzmaßnahme ist die Nullung. Standanschlüsse über3,0 kW sind als Drehstromfünfleiter system auszuführen. Metallstände müssen geer-det werden.Motoren mit höherer Leistung als etwa 20 kW dürfen nur mit strombegrenzenden An-lassgeräten auf das Netz geschaltet werden. Das Grundnetz in den Hallen gestattet eineEntnahme bis zu 300 Watt je 1m2 Standfläche.Für Licht- und Kraftanlagen, die wegen des hohen Anschlusswertes nicht aus demGrundnetz versorgt werden können, sind Sonderanschlüsse notwendig, deren Her-stellungskosten zu Lasten des Ausstellers gehen. Das Leitungsnetz auf dem Ausstel-lungsgelände wird für die Stromentnahme in den Ständen vor Ausstellungsbeginnund nach Ausstellungsschluss bei Bedarf ein- bzw. abgeschaltet.3. The DLG Service GmbH declines liability for disturbances in the current supply network from the energy utility company.B) Electrical Installation1. General lighting of the corridors in the halls will be provided by the DLG ServiceGmbH. Exhibitors are responsible for lighting of the stands.2. For high load current requirements, 400 V 3-phase power will be at the disposal ofthe exhibitors. Operating voltage for lighting connections, small appliances and sin-gle-phase motors will be 230 V single-phase a.c., up to a maximum load of 3.0 kW.Line frequency will be 50 cycles. Protective measure is connection to ground po-tential. Connections on the stand exceeding 3.0 kW must be executed as 5-wire,3-phase systems. Motors with load exceeding 20 kW may only be connected ifequipped with current limiting starter devices. Bestellung1.1 Die Bestellung des Standanschlusses für Wasser erfolgt durch die Einsendungdes für die Veranstaltung geltenden vollständig ausgefüllten Bestellvordrucksfür Wasser-Installation. Mündliche oder telefonische Be stellungen müssen vomAussteller schriftlich bestätigt werden.1.2 Die Bestellung muss vom Antragsteller rechtsverbindlich unterschrieben seinund bis spätestens 1. September 2014 in zweifacher Ausfertigung bei derDLG Service GmbH eingereicht werden, da sonst keine Gewähr für einerechtzeitige Fertigstellung übernommen werden kann. 2. Wasserlieferung2.1 Wasser wird ausschließlich von den Stadtwerken der Stadt Hannover gelie-fert.2.2 Der Wasserdruck im Netz beträgt ca. 3 bar.Bei empfindlichen Geräten empfiehlt sich der Einbau von Druckminde-rungsventilen oder Druckerhöhungsanlagen.2.3 Bei eventueller Störung, Minderung oder Unterbrechung des Wasserbezu-ges haften weder die Stadtwerke noch die DLG Service GmbH den Ausstel-lern für etwa entstehende Schäden.3. Rechnungsstellung3.1 Die DLG Service GmbH berechnet die Kosten, in der alle Wasserinstallati-onsarbeiten, die Miete für Leihgeräte, die Bereitstellungsgebühr für das Lei-tungsnetz sowie der pauschale Wasserverbrauch erfasst sind. Etwa 3-4Wochen nach der Ausstellung erhält der Aussteller die Endabrechnung.3.2 Für verspätet eingereichte Wasserbestellungen werden wegen des erhöh-ten Bearbeitungsaufwandes Säumniszuschläge erhoben:ab 01. Oktober + 50 EURab Aufbaubeginn + 100 EUR3.3 Den Preisen liegen die gültigen Tarife der Stadtwerke Hannover zugrunde. Bei Tarifänderungen erfolgt Preisangleichung.4. Technische Bedingungen für die Installation von Wasser- und Abwasserleitungen4.1 AbwasserleitungenAlle an das Wassernetz angeschlossenen Geräte sind mit Abflussleitungen zuversehen.4.2 Verlegen von LeitungenDie Leitungen werden über Flur, möglichst entlang der Standwände verlegt.4.3 Zweitanschluss oder zweiter Hauptanschluss (im gleichen Stand).Bei mehreren Wasseranschlüssen in einem Stand entscheidet der Wasser-installateur vor Ort, ob ein Zweitanschluss oder ein zweiter Hauptanschlussverlegt werden muss. Dies ist abhängig von der Entfernung der Anschluss-punkte und der Lage der Versorgungskanäle.4.4 Herstellen von Zu- und Ableitungen und Anschluss von Standinstallationen andas Rohrnetz.Die Herstellung von Wasserzu- und Abwasserleitungen vom Rohrnetz zumStand und der Anschluss der Standinstallation an das Wasserrohr- und Ab-wasserrohrnetz dürfen aus Gründen der Betriebssicherheit nur von den zu-gelassenen Instal lateuren ausgeführt werden. ?CONDITIONS FOR CONNECTION AND SUPPLY OF WATER (FormNo. 3)1. Order1.1 Ordering of a stand connection to the water main is effected by submittingthe respective order form for water installa tion duly completed. Oral ordersor orders by telephone must be confirmed in writing.1.2 The order should be signed by the applicant as a binding legal commitment,and should be submitted to DLG Service GmbH at the latest by 1 September2014, as otherwise no guarantee can be given for on-time performance. 2. Water Supply2.1 Water will be supplied exclusively by the municipal utility company of thecity of Hanover.2.2 The water pressure in the water supply system is approximately 3 bar.2.3 In case of possible failure, reduction or interruption of the water supply, neit-her the municipal utility company, nor the DLG Service GmbH will be liablefor potential damage suffered by the exhibitors.3. Invoicing3.1 For all water installation work, for the rental of appliances, for making wateravailable from the mains, as well as for a flat rate water consumption, fees be-come due, which will be accounted for directly between the DLG Service GmbHand the exhibitor approximately 3-4 weeks after the close of the exhibiton.3.2 Due to the extra processing work involved surcharges will be invoiced forwater and sewage installation orders submitted late:as of 1 October + 50.00 EURas of start of construction + 100.00 EUR3.3 The prices are based on the rates of the municipal utility company of the cityof Hanover. In case of changes in the prevailing rates, a price adjustment willbe made accordingly.4. Technical Conditions for the installation of Water and Waste Water Piping4.1 Waste water pipingAll appliances connected to the water supply must have a sewer pipe.4.2 Laying of pipesAll pipes will be laid above the floor, if possible along the stand partitions.4.3 Second conection or second mains connection (on same stand) In the event of more than one connection on the same stand the plumber willdecide on the spot whether a second connection or a second mains con-nection will have to be installed. Processing of the Application for Water and Sewer Installation5.1 Handing on to Appointed Plumbing FirmsThe application for water and sewer installation will be handed on to thecontract plumbing firm approved by the DLG Service GmbH.- 27 -5.2 Änderungswünsche, Verzicht auf LeistungÄnderungswünsche bezüglich Anschlusswert bzw. die Stornierung eines be-stellten Anschlusses können nur berücksichtigt werden, wenn dies der DLGService GmbH spätestens 4 Wochen vor Ausstellungsbeginn gemeldet wird.Bei verspätet eingehenden Änderungswünschen oder Verzichtsmeldungenwerden bereits erbrachte Leistungen in Rechnung gestellt.5.3 Fußbodenarbeiten (Steinplattenverlegung)Falls beim Verlegen von Leitungen Bodenplatten aufgenommen oder Hal-lenböden aufgebrochen werden müssen, erteilt der Vertragsinstallateur einerbei der DLG Service GmbH zugelassenen Spezialfirma den Auftrag zur Aus-führung der erforderlichen Arbeiten.6. StundenlohnarbeitenEtwa anfallende Stundenlohnarbeiten werden zum jeweils gültigen Tariflohn nebstZuschlägen berechnet.7. MehrwertsteuerZu allen Preisen wird die Mehrwertsteuer zum jeweils geltenden Steuersatz inRechnung gestellt. Erfüllungsort und Ge richtsstand ist Frankfurt am Main, soweitgesetzlich zulässig, es sei denn, es ist ausdrücklich Hannover als Gerichtsstandangegeben.5.2 Alteration and cancellation of orderRequests for alteration, or, respectively, the cancellation of an ordered con-nection can only be considered, if DLG Service GmbH has been notified at thelatest 4 weeks before the opening of the exhibition. Hourly rate workAny work requiring labor by the hour will be billed at the prevailing labor wagescale plus potential differentials.7. Value Added TaxValue added tax will be charged on all prices at the prevailing rate.
