Coal-fired power plants must protect their equipment from ash buildup and clogging.  Ash screens filter ash at the boiler seal trough and/or expansion joints.  They also protect refractory lined walls and maintain water seal integrity. CET has been supplying ash screens to the power industry for over 40 years.  We offer ash analysis to determine the best alloys and materials to use for each specific plant and boiler.  CET coordinates delivery of ash screens with asset management companies or directly with plant personnel.
