Investing in our future workforce

We nurture new talent through our in-house training centre. Since RWG was founded in 1990, more than 220 apprentices have successfully completed our modern apprenticeship training programme. We welcome up to 12 new apprentices each year and offer a rewarding long-term career with RWG, which brings seamless technical capability and product knowledge for our customers.
