Sheaumann’s high heat load (HHL) modules incorporate an internal TEC, thermistor, and photodiode to withstand high heat operation. HHL modules are electrically isolated, hermetically sealed, and can incorporate a variety of options including optics for fast axis collimation. Sheaumann’s proprietary laser chip design offers unrivaled quality and long lifetime. Wavelength emission range 780-1070nm. Many fiber-coupled options are available.
