This high-performance vehicle makes you ? exible and autonomous on site. Electricity, water, resins and all materials are on board and therefore ready for use straightaway.The system vehicle equipped with auxiliary heating and air conditioning offers the operator excellent working conditions at any time of year. Monitor, keypad and con-trol unit of the robots, together with inter-com system, surveillance camera and all necessary recording equipment for the documentation is ergonomically and prac-tically integrated.In terms of the equipment you are able to choose between two grinding robots, three ? lling robots and two shield injection sys-tems. The equipment room houses the elec-tronically controlled cable/hose drum with the integrated 85-metre robot cable, the compressor and a hydraulic system. A crane with work lights and cable reel with distance measurement also form part of the basic equipment.Optionally we offer a tandem attachment for the system vehicle in which the latest generation of power generator, storage cupboards for materials and accessories and basin for cleaning are integrated. This is characterised by very high performance, even in permanent operation and has an extremely robust construction. The hydraulic drive of the robot system guaran-tees a high permanent power and a reliable function, even in hot and cold conditions.KA-TE robots can be equipped with running gear for conical and circular pro? les from DN 150 to DN 800Robust, reliable and equipped for complicated damage.Well-thought out control room for ergonomic operation.KA-TE grinding robotsVarious grinding, sanding and brush attachments enable a very extensive and ? exible range of use: from milling off deposits, fragmentation with encroaching edges, root penetration, in? ows encroaching from the side and other obstacles as far as opening the in? ows laid with hose liners. The front of completely closed sewers can be ground free.
