KEM Küppers Elektromechanik GmbH develops, produces, and distributes products of the highest quality according to international standards and the requirements of its customers.

KEM first implemented quality management according to DIN EN ISO 9001-2015 consistently certified by TÜV Süd back in 1994. Not only does it encompass the products themselves but also our entire process landscape, especially processes in production.

Whether they relate to the customer, development, production, or distribution – all processes are clearly defined in a QM manual. They are also subject to a continuous review and improvement process.

The environment, health, and safety are covered by our documented processes along with special requirements for our products in various markets and customer industries. Certifications and certificates according to ATEX, CSA, IECEx, and EAC (TR-CU) are an example.

Processes are put into practice by people. That is why KEM counts on well educated, trained personnel and on regular continuing education. We are convinced that our employees continue to form the foundation for KEM’s successful development.

KEM also makes considerable investments each year in process optimization, infrastructure, and development, production, and test facilities.

All KEM products, both the flow meters and the electronics, are 100 percent inspected, calibrated, and configured both functionally and according to customer specifications prior to delivery.
