S-Models utilize a ‘basket’ arrangement to capture and divert all hot return fluid through the HyTec cores.The hot fluid is disbursed between the two sets of cores held in the basket. The ‘basket’ is constructed of steel and is suspended on rails which fit inside of your reservoir. This design maximized hot fluid flow through the HyTec cores. The fluid’s heat is absorbed by the HyTec Heat Pipe cores and quickly transferred up the cores, out of the reservoir, then dissipated by the fans into the room. Disconnect the hydraulic unit from the electrical supply. 2. Remove existing reservoir cover and set aside. 3. Remove existing return line pipe. 4. Position HyTec Hanger Rails. 5. Install the HyTec basket to the hanger rails as detailed in the installation instructions. 6. Trim the return line pipe as directed and re-install the return line pipe. 7. Install the HyTec core with the “top” end up. 8. Slide the HyTec fan shroud assembly onto the core. 9. Modify the reservoir cover to accommodate the HyTec Cooler unit(s). 10. Reconnect electrical service. 11. Plug the HyTec Cooler fan cords into 110VAC electrical outlets.
