Collectors shall be SunEarth Oasismodel_________, and shall be of the unglazed liquid flatplate type. Collectors shall be tested in conformance withASHRAE standard 96-1980. The collectors shall becertified by the Florida Solar Energy Center (FSEC).ABSORBER PLATE AND PIPINGThe absorber shall consist of a roll-formed copper plate ofno less than .008 inch thickness. Risers shall be a minimum of1/2 inch O.D. Type M copper tubing on no more than 4 1/2inch centers continuously soldered to the plate utilizing anon-corrosive solder paste with a melting point of 460o F.The risers shall be brazed to 1 5/8 Inch O.D. Type M coppermanifolds utilizing a copper phosphorous brazing alloy withno less than 15 percent silver content, and conforming tothe American Welding Societys BCuP-5 classification.
